    Job Title: Recruitment Consultant


    At Employment Specialists Ltd, we are on the lookout for proactive Recruitment Consultants to be part of our growing team. The main focus of this role involves managing the recruitment process for clients in the Insurance industry.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the complete candidate recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure a positive candidate journey
    • Collaborate with the Senior team to grasp staffing needs and priorities
    • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates
    • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and interviews
    • Offer guidance and assistance to candidates during the recruitment journey
    • Build and sustain a talent pool for key positions
    • Stay updated on industry trends to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
    • Work closely with Hiring Managers and internal teams to align on recruitment objectives
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placements


    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience in Internal Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Agency, or directly from the Insurance sector
    • Familiarity with the Insurance Industry and associated roles is beneficial, although full training will be provided
    • Exceptional relationship management abilities
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills
    • Results-driven mindset
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
