What we expect from you:

Lead project delivery ensuring adherence to scope, cost, quality, and timeline
Hold a Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience at SCQF Level 10
Possess relevant operational certifications such as SMSTS, SEATS, and CSCS card
Effectively communicate project imperatives and provide leadership to project teams
Oversee safety, health, environmental, and quality matters, promoting continuous improvement
Act as a key advisor on project planning and delivery activities to stakeholders
Prioritize CIOB accreditation and demonstrate a genuine passion for the industry
