Corporate Tax Associate
A prestigious law firm headquartered in London, with eight offices spanning across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Renowned for our expertise and global reach, we specialize in providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele.


Position Available:

We are currently seeking ambitious associates to join our Corporate Tax team.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on varied and complex tax matters, collaborating closely with other departments within the firm.


Responsibilities:

- public and private M&A transactions
- group reorganisations and demergers
- real estate matters, including corporate real estate transactions and property fund structures
- listed fund IPOs and secondary fund raisings
- private equity transactions
- corporate finance, leasing and asset finance

tax disputes work


Attributes/Skills Required:


  • Qualified lawyer with experience in corporate tax matters.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.

Additional Information:


  • Most roles offer hybrid working arrangements, allowing for a blend of office and remote work.

Pay:
Up to £150,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
