    Description

    Store Manager (Flagship store)Wholesale Building Materials North LondonSalary c.£90kAs Branch Manager for the flagship store, you'll drive positive change focusing on flawless operations and best-in-class customer service.

    You'll be at the center of developing the >50,000 sqft store to become a true flagship for the brand.


    Responsibilities:
    Overseeing the day-to-day running and management of the flagship branchConstantly focus on improving in-store customer experiencesDirectly managing and supporting duty managers (c.5 direct reports)

    Working closely with key stakeholders across departments to implement positive changeMeasure and track operational efficiency and identify areas of improvementProactively look to decrease branch overhead costsDevelop and implement KPIs across the branch Ensuring health & safety standards are strictly upheldExperience required:

    Successful track record working in multi-million £ retail environment (>£10m preferred)Proven experience optimising and organising large teams and operationsAnalytical mindset and experience implementing and tracking KPIsAbility to manage teams across various departments and functions If you're an experienced store manager with ambition to create a world-class customer experience and brand, we want to hear from you.
