ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Dealer Principal to devise and execute a bespoke concierge service designed to make clients and visitors feel they are in an environment of luxury and maximise their experience, which is second to none in the industryAlways maintain the pristine condition of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the luxury brand imageDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's business, products, and servicesWelcome and assist visitors upon their arrival to the showroom, providing a warm and professional receptionEnsure clients are offered refreshments and that the seating and refreshment areas are consistently well-stockedManage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or team member, and documenting messages as necessaryProvide administrative assistance to the Dealer Principal, aiding in the smooth operation of daily activities, including creating and posting approved social media content and ordering of showroom suppliesProcessing sales of brand merchandise and be responsible for stock take and stock replenishmentUphold a seamless and engaging client experience journey, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorableRepresent the dealership at company events, facilitating introductions between customers and relevant contactsOffer ad-hoc support across dealership functions as needed.
Initiate and maintain communication with clients to nurture relationships and foster ongoing engagement.Essential Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a prestigious automotive dealership or front-of-house role within a luxury retail brandExceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and confident demeanour in interacting with both new and existing clientsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, coupled with strong administrative skillsFamiliarity with CRM and sales software systems, with the capability to effectively utilise such toolsPassion for cars and an interest in the automotive industryProven organisational skills and exemplary time management skillsCommitment and discipline to adhering to the companies' administrative protocols and proceduresA proactive attitude towards continuous learning and personal development and must be willing to work weekends at events if requiredMust have IDLR/ Full right to work in UK- Sponsorship will not be provided

Prior experience using the Salesforce system.
