To support our journey, we are currently seeking an Engineering Team Leader (Electrical) to join our team at our Throckley site in Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 9EQ.
Salary: £56,774 per year, 12-hour shift patterns (4 on 4 off days and nights 6 to 6), plus overtime, pension contribution up to 10%, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplined team to enhance Reliability & OEE performance at Ibstock Throckley. Working on a 4 on 4 off shift schedule, covering days and nights for a 7-day production facility.
