We have a new opportunity to be part of the Facilities team in the role of Facility Maintenance Manager .
Responsible for all maintenance, asset and equipment compliance activities required to operate the Aston Martin F1 Technical Campus and satellite sites in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner to ensure high levels of operational availability.
Responsible for the development and management of the Maintenance Team supporting a 24 hour/365 days per year facility.Design, implementation and management of statutory inspection regimes, operational, shutdown and planned maintenance regimes and plans.
Leading, developing and motivating the Maintenance Team to deliver first class maintenance services across the Technical Campus
Maintenance Team personnel planning and management.
Oversee all ongoing maintenance & improvement projects.
Development, control and optimisation of maintenance budgets.
Constantly reduce the Campus energy usage through the BMS, assets, equipment and working practices
Report on maintenance activities and performance indicators
The appointment, co-ordination, supervision, and management of Facilities resource and third party contractors
Manage and maintain statutory requirements and maintenance
Maintain site records and FM jobs request database
To manage Maintenance spend and contractor performance in line with budget constraints.
Coordinating the implementation of new plant and alterations to plant
Use root cause analysis to correct and prevent future failure
Manage planned and reactive maintenance and servicing
Manage key spare parts inventory to help reduce machine and asset downtime
Manage spares and service budgets identifying opportunities for reducing spend
Work alone or as part of a team being proactive, work responsibly, and professionally always and to respect and comply with the company's reporting structure
Possess an excellent working knowledge of the Campus Infrastructure BMS (Schneider), ASHP & AHU (Daikin), Fan Coil Units, Pumps (Grundfos), Motors, Valves, Chilled Beam
Posses an excellent working knowledge of the Manufacturing plant and associated equipment Compressed Air, Hydraulic Power Pack, LEV (dust and fume), CNC Machines (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, sensors etc)
NEBOSH or IOSH preferred/desired
Workshop health safety and environmental controls
Ability to maintain the Asset Management (CAFM system) including OEM manuals, technical documents, service records and interpret into usable systems
Previous experience as BMS and maintenance engineer
To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment – collaborative approach
