They are looking for an Associate Director to join their award-winning corporate finance team.The ideal Candidate will enjoy a consistent and quality deal flow and will have an exceptional track record of completing transactions.
Reporting directly to, and working closely with, a Partner, the ideal candidate will be a senior member of a dynamic team advising small to midsize businesses and their owners and management considering a range of transactions including MBO's, acquisitions, disposals and growth capital funding predominantly in the £5m to £50m deal size range.
The person appointed will become the central day to day point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction and will need to understand and take ownership of key aspects of a transaction including drafting of Information Memoranda, modelling and project management/deal execution.
