    Description

    Job Title: Head Chef

    Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

    Location: London

    Are you a seasoned culinary leader ready to make your mark in the vibrant world of creative content production? We're on the lookout for a talented Head Chef to join a dynamic team in central London. As the culinary mastermind behind our operations, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding our culinary vision and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring impeccable standards from open to close.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Chef in menu design and development, maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Manage food standards and quality across all stages of preparation and production.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations in the kitchen.
    • Monitor portion control, stock levels, and wastage to achieve target GP.
    • Lead training and development initiatives for kitchen staff, fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.
    • Assist with team scheduling and fully deputize in the absence of the Executive Chef.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in baking, cooking, and grilling techniques.
    • Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
