- Apply textured coating, Artex to a basic pattern (e.g., Stipple, broken leather, or basic comb pattern).
- Be able to replace plasterboard to any wall or ceiling, including any new noggins, battens and fixings or dot and dab.
Dry line caulk and fill. - Willing to work at heights using aluminium tower scaffold, fixed scaffold, ladders, or steps.
- Be able to paint with a mist coat to newly dried plaster finishes.
- Treat mould with fungicidal washes.
- Bonding porous surfaces with either PVA, SBR or similar.
- Screed Floors.
- Must also be willing to undergo training for non-licensed asbestos removal to be able to remove or repair textured coatings like Artex.
