    AVERAGE WEEKLY HOURS:
    Full-time
    Mercator Media is a B2B media company specialising in the maritime industries. We create communities and deliver content in-print, in-person and online through our magazines and international events.
    Be focussed on developing a career in Marketing.
    A proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
    Maintain the PR and mailing databases, by completing lead generation activities to find new contacts.
    Create and send email marketing campaigns in Campaign Monitor with help from Marketing & PR Manager.

    Assist the Content Creator with the creation and development of internal branded documents, including power point presentations, sales documents and events collateral.

    Assist with general in-house marketing enquiries e.g. providing images from contra agreements.
    Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
    Create the annual eNews, magazine and web advert schedules.
    Create and update house adverts, both in print and online
    Assist Marketing & PR Manager with marketing wash-up evaluations for all relevant brands and events.

    Assist Marketing & PR Manager writing press releases and content for marketing campaigns following the Mercator Media tone of voice and brand guidelines.

    Work with the Content Creator on social media, including both organic and paid for campaigns.
    Key training information
    Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00 with 20% off the job training.

    Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage
