Marketing Consultant - Financial Services

6 Month Contract

Edinburgh (2 days office based)

Excellent Rate

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Marketing Manager to deliver communications and engagement initiatives for in line with the marketing plan
Alongside solutions and change experts define and manage your own communications plans to deliver the right message, to the right audience at the right time
Maintaining a core literature and sales support suite including pitch materials and the web content
Ensuring all new and existing content is managed in line with our processes and meets brand guidelines, quality standards and is compliance approved with records well maintained on our workflow system
Supporting inperson and virtual events to deliver a great client experience
Analysing performance data and insight to measure effectiveness of marketing activity

Background:

A marketing professional with a strong track record of content and communications delivery
Knowledge of financial services industry preferred and understanding of UK financial regulation, retail platforms and financial adviser audience would be an advantage but is not essential
Experience of working with Salesforce and marketing systems such as Aprimo, Eloqua, Cvent Power BI, BrightTalk, Hootsuite an advantage but not essential
Experience of working with and briefing internal delivery teams and marketing agencies
Project management skills organised, engages stakeholders, able to create a plan and manage workload to meet deadlines
Good communicator (verbal and written) with a particular interest in writing for digital communications channels
Enjoys working with a team in fast paced environment, adapting to evolving business needs and can prioritise effectively
