    Description

    Job Title:
    Interim Fleet Coordinator

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an interim Fleet Coordinator to support our logistics operations during a transitional period.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring efficient utilization of vehicles and resources.
    Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleet performance, safety, and compliance.
    Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, expenses, and maintenance activities.
    Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in the FMCG industry
    Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
    Temporary/Interim position with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.
