- Managing sales and purchases of residential properties from initiation to completion, including managing all Stamp Duty Land Tax procedures and registration aspects.
- Reporting to and collaborating with the Head of the Property team, regarding client interactions and financial/performance obligations.
- Facilitating property sales on behalf of Executors in collaboration with the Probate department.
- Reconstituting titles for clients with missing title deeds.
- Handling basic Deeds of Covenant and Deeds of Easement.
- Drafting Residential property agreements.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client property inquiries and providing telephone quotes.
- Assisting the Head of Property in marketing efforts.
- Providing guidance and supervision to junior team members.Competencies and Experience required:
- The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing, including procedures for unregistered land and a solid understanding of property law.
- Experience in managing individual caseloads and interacting with clients and third parties independently.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including experience with Practice Management and Document Management Systems.
