The Newham Community Integrated Mental Health Service has been established as part of the transformation of mental health services and supports closer working across all parts of the network, including specialist mental health services, GP practices, local authorities and voluntary sector partner agencies.
It consists of six Primary Care Networks aligned with GP Networks and focuses on meeting the needs of residents with mental health needs and complex emotional needs via assessment, targeted meaningful interventions and supporting them to engage with relevant local resources.

Leadership training
Well-developed and suitable experience of working as a qualified RMN in adult community mental health services.
Experience of providing mentoring and supervision to junior staff and students on placement.
Suitable experience of working in a community mental health setting.
Experience of completing full psycho-social assessments and writing reports.
Experience of community building and exploring population health needs
Experience of providing clinical leadership/ management at band 6 level or above.
Experience of providing appraisal, supervision and support to junior staff

Our Community
We provide a wide range of community health and mental health inpatient services to children, young people, adults of working age, and older adults in The City of London, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire and Luton.
We also provide psychological therapy services to the London Borough of Richmond, and provide Forensic services to the whole of North East London.
We provide services in urban and rural settings, sometimes in our inpatient units, but mostly in the community close to where people live.
We were rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC in 2016, were proud to be rated 'Outstanding' again in 2018 and continue to be rate 'Outstanding' in We were named in the HSJ's Top 10 best places to work in healthcare and were voted Provider Trust of the Year in 2018.
