    Overview

    This role presents a great opportunity for recent graduates in the field of engineering to kick off their career journey. Combine your technical expertise with business knowledge, collaborating with some of the most innovative businesses globally to contribute to the revenue growth of the UK's most dynamic semiconductor company. This position is available in either our Sedgefield or Cambridge office, with two openings at the moment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential customers to qualify new leads, building a revenue pipeline and sustainable income.
    • Interact with VPs, CTOs, and other stakeholders to establish relationships and leverage your commercial and technical skills to acquire new business.
    • Evaluate our company's strengths and capacities to define new market strategies, create and execute campaigns, and attract new clients.
    • Manage existing customer relationships to drive customer success and maximize revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Handle customer prospects and utilize sales tools effectively to handle a growing pipeline of opportunities and pinpoint the best prospects to pursue.
    • Be ready to tackle a diverse range of tasks daily, contributing to product roadmaps, client meetings, lead generation, and marketing efforts. Support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Engage in cross-functional projects during your initial 9-12 months, which could involve collaboration with various teams like product marketing, market analysis, product development, exhibitions, campaigns, and demonstrations with the product development group and operational teams.

    Qualifications and Training

    • Engineering Degree – Preferably in Electronics.
    • Recent graduate (up to 3 years post-graduation).

    Skills and Experience

    • Effective communicator and team player.
    • Ability to build strong rapport with key stakeholders.
    • Understanding of electronics design and system applications.
    • Commercial savvy and analytical mindset to identify business opportunities and priorities.
    • Agile and adept at acquiring and applying new skills and processes.
    • Proactive and efficient time manager.
