    The Adam and Eve is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team and support the pub's Manager__

    About the role:

    • Running bar and food service and leading the team
    • Look after bookings/ reservations
    • Financial responsibility – cashing up, safe recs, stock management
    • Manage H&S – Ensure business is safe at all times
    • Training – Help develop the team below you achieve their maximum potential
    • Social Media – Promote the business through digital channels.

    The right candidate will:

    • Have experience running a variety of events/functions in a pub
    • Have at least 2 years experience in an AGM role
    • Have excellent communication sills
    • Be passionate about the product served and be professional at all times.
    • Lead from the front, promoting the best levels of customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Proven ability to maximise commercial opportunities to drive profitability.
    • Embrace the community spirit, and build relationships with customers new and old.

    About the Adam and Eve:

    The Adam & Eve is a historic pub sitting at the edge of greenbelt land in North-West London. We've made a name for ourselves serving seasonal, locally sourced modern British food with a traditional pub welcome. Situated over two floors with a charming Victorian walled garden to the rear, we're a definite destination for the discerning.
