Our client is seeking a personable individual who has a great eye for detail to work within a team providing 1st Line support to clients within Staffordshire and surrounding areas.

This 1st Line Support role will be an office-based role and will be providingremote office support to an extensive client base.


Job Description:


  • Providing remote support to clients, to support with any breakdowns or errors
  • Supporting a wide range from Windows 10 through to Service 2019, Exchange, and Office 365 tendencies
  • Working in the team to resolve any issues that clients may have arisen
- the role could develop so that you are also attending site visits

  • Proven firstline support experience
  • Someone with a keen eye for detail
  • A personable individual who can easily build rapport over the phone with clients
  • Someone who has the technical ability to discuss issues with end users

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm


Salary:
£21,000-£23,000
