    Our multi-company group provides quality, value for money maintenance, compliance and retrofit services across the south west, south east and midlands. Future plans will see this develop into a national footprint.

    Role: Operations Manager (Projects)

    LCB Group are looking for an operations Manager to join our Projects division who work on a diverse range of projects and retrofit refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £50k – £2 million. This Operations Manager role is to lead a team of Contracts Managers which is split in 2 workstreams across the division.
    • Experience within the role essential.
    • Provide strong leadership, management, and governance for all refurbishment activities, pre and post contract, across either a single large project or a portfolio of projects.
    • Must be able to manage the H&S, quality, and program performance on all projects.
    • Must have experience and good understanding of all retrofit PAS measures.
    • Able to produce and deliver progress reports.
    • Able to produce construction programs (Microsoft Projects ideally)
    • Good communicator and have experience dealing with clients and subcontractors.
    • Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects at the same time.
    • Creating a work safe culture.
    • Drive clear cost strategy across projects on operational delivery, customer engagement and operation management.
    • Support the business objectives regarding work winning/ repeat business and Customer management.
    • Review of the monthly project cost reports and completing input into the business Board Reports
    • Ensuring the businesses forecast management plans are rigorously followed.
    • WIP management and understanding is essential.
    • Must have experience in leading a team and be a great communicator.
