    We are exclusively partnering with luxury lifestyle athleisure brand, renowned for their quality and innovative designs that seamlessly blend fashion with functionality.

    With a flagship store in the heart of London, they are committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager, with a strong managerial background.

    The ASM will be supporting the Store Manager in driving the success of the brand, and will play a key role in leading a team of dedicated sales associates, delivering unparalleled customer service, and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

    Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

    Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the sales team to ensure exceptional product knowledge and service delivery.

    Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team that reflects the brand's values and ethos.

    Drive store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to uphold brand standards and enhance the customer experience.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and cultivating brand loyalty.
    Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize store profitability.

    Support in executing marketing initiatives and events to drive foot traffic and elevate brand awareness in the local community.

    Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury athleisure or fashion industry.
    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
