    Job Title:
    Static Maintenance Engineer


    Location:
    Reading, UK


    Salary:
    Up to £42,000 per annum


    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Static Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a prominent retail store in Reading.

    As a Static Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the store's facilities.

    This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the efficient running of a high-profile retail environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Perform reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the store's facilities are in optimal condition.
    Troubleshoot and address technical issues promptly to minimise downtime and disruptions.
    Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively.
    Collaborate with the wider facilities management team to implement improvement initiatives.
    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to the management team

    Working Hours:
    Alternating weekends off (every other weekend)
    Additional Mondays and Fridays off on the weekend you workSalary and Benefits:

    Competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum
    Annual leave entitlement of 25 days

    Pension schemeRequirements:
    Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a retail environment.
    Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance best practices.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
    Flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis.
