- Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals, ensuring high-quality care is always provided.
- Oversee the care staff and step into full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
- Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
- Assist the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents.
- Keep each resident's care plan and daily records up to date.
- Foster effective communication with the residents' families and other organisations.
- An annual salary of £50,000.

- Ability to promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes within the home.
