Their homes are traditional buildings located in suburban areas, close to community services.As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Inspiring and motivating team in a 13-bed residential home
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
Completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal, and HR processes such as recruitment and absence management
Ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs)Package and Benefits:
