    Are you a compassionate leader with a knack for making a difference? We're looking for a Registered Manager to head up the team at our Amber Lodge Service in Suffolk.

    With over 45 homes throughout the UK, they focus on providing care from the resident's perspective, promoting independence and inclusivity.

    Their homes are traditional buildings located in suburban areas, close to community services.

    As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
    Inspiring and motivating team in a 13-bed residential home
    Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
    Completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal, and HR processes such as recruitment and absence management
    Ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs)Package and Benefits:
