- Planand execute learning activities for children in accordance with theNational Curriculum
- Establish and maintain a nurturing and stimulating learningenvironment
- Evaluate eachchilds progress and adapt the curriculumaccordingly
- Maintainaccurate records of each studentsdevelopment
- Communicateeffectively with parents colleagues and senior staffmembers
- Participate instaff meetings parentteacher conferences and professionaldevelopment workshops
- Ensure that the health and safety of all students are maintained atall times
- QTS EYTSPGCE and strong academic record
- Bachelorsdegree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage orequivalent
- Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum andpedagogy
- Experience working in a classroomsetting
- Excellent communication planning andorganizational skills
- Ability to workcollaboratively with other educationprofessionals
- Passion and commitment tochildrens education
- Strong customer serviceorientation with excellent relationshipbuildingskills.
