    Description

    SchneiderGeospatial'sProductMigration Specialist will perform product configurationand implementation tasksto migrateacquiredclientsto the latestupdated version of SchneiderGeospatial'sSaaSproducts.The Product MigrationSpecialistwillworkclosely with client contacts, under the direction of the Product Migration Manager,to ensure a smoothandtimelytransition.

    Schneider Geospatial is aNationalleaderin providingGovTechsolutions to state and local governments.The Product MigrationSpecialistwillhave a key rolein the expansion of ourBeacon, and other land records solutions,duringthis phase of our business growth.

    What you can expect in the role

    • Direct engagement with client organizations and their users to understand their processes and integrate our software solutions to improve those processes.
    • Be on the frontlines of modernizing government organizations with advanced software technologies.
    • Workonsmall teams with anentrepreneurial attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Configuration and deployment of SaaS productsand updates foracquiredclients.
    • Analysis of client data sources and quality review of data content for products and services.
    • Regular communication with clients to ensurethey are informed of project statusand any needs are being addressed.
    • Remote and/or on-site installation, configuration, and testing of the solution(s) being implemented.
    • Development of documentation and other reference materials(as needed)to be used for training, and support.
    • Train clients on how to use their Schneider Geospatial software products.
    • Good communication, enunciation, and grammar skills (in the English language) arehighly important.

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS or Certificate inComputer Science,MIS,Database Administration,GIS, Geography, or a related field;or a relevant combination of education and experience.
    • Knowledge oflocal governmentreal estate property CAMA and Tax Applications, or related systems is a plus.
    • Experience with Windows OS, file directory and network navigation, basic OS admin tasks.
    • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) is a plus.
    • Experience withGIS technologies, specifically ESRI's ArcGIS platform, is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
