    Are you an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator with a proven track record in estimating for multi-million-pound commercial and industrial projects? My client is a prominent medium-sized M&E contractor based in Derby, is seeking a talented professional to join our team.

    This is a unique opportunity to lead estimations and contribute to the success of high-value projects, offering flexibility and a competitive salary.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Estimation Leadership: Spearhead the estimation process for mechanical aspects of commercial and industrial projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
    • Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cost analysis, leveraging your expertise to provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
    • Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project teams to understand project requirements and contribute valuable insights during the estimation phase.
    • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing project scopes and requirements while maintaining precision in estimations.
    • Immediate Start: Hit the ground running with an immediate start, making an immediate impact on ongoing and upcoming projects.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven Experience: Substantial experience in a similar role within the commercial and industrial projects sector, with a successful track record of accurate estimations.
    • Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in estimation software and tools, with a deep understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
    • Portfolio of Success: Showcase proof of successful estimations for multi-million-pound projects in your career.
