    About Our Client

    The Client is a leading London law firm based in Central London which delivers exceptional legal advice to clients principally drawn from the real estate and private wealth sectors.

    Job Description

    The key responsibilities are:

    • To manage the maintenance schedule for the site.
    • Act as first line support for all M&E issues for the 22BS estate and escalate to external contractors as needed.
    • Oversee all contractors coming into the estate making sure that the required tasks and all works are completed to a high standard.
    • Proactively report any issues to the relevant contractor, ensuring attendance of those responsible for the fix of specific items and report to the Assistant Building Manager any issues.
    • Coordinate the Maintenance Team, giving them direction and feedback as appropriate and making sure that the maintenance service is of a consistent high standard, escalating any issues to the Assistant Building Manager.
    • Act as a point of contact for staff and others on maintenance requirements, communicating with end users to manage expectations and inform of ongoing works.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Proficient in use of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time effectively
    • Good attention to detail. Accurate and thorough.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organised manner with ability to prioritise workload
    • Motivated and pro-active with a 'can-do' approach
    • Can adhere to tight and demanding deadlines
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels
    • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach
    • Must have common sense
    • Ability to work within a small and busy team
