Here at Lloyd Recruitment Services, we are excited to be working with a new client who has an opening for an Accounts Administrator to join the team.
Salary:
£24 - £27k DOE
Location:
Caterham (Onsite parking available)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
The Role:
- Offering administrative support to the team in order to meet deadlines.
- Accurate data entry onto internal systems.
- Processing and distributing invoices for authorisation.
- Managing VAT returns and ensuring they are submitted on time.
- Following the company's financial procedures.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service.
- Filing invoices and dealing with any queries or missing invoices.
- Prior accounting experience / knowledge, such as SAGE, VAT returns, invoicing, and job costings.
- Able to confidently communicate at all levels.
- IT proficient.
- Proactively demonstrate strong customer service.
- Work positively with the whole team around you.
Individuals should be able to thrive under pressure and love working in a proactive environment, as well as having good time / workload management skills and a general enthusiasm for their work.
