SciPro are exclusively partnered with a global rare disease company who are on the brink of a period of phenomenal organizational change and growth.
They are currently looking for an experienced individual to join their European Compliance function as Senior Manager Compliance.The ideal candidate will have experience of the UK APBI code with some experience of additional EMEA markets.
You will be responsible for managing the UK Healthcare Compliance Program whilst supporting the Senior Director Compliance with additional EMEA compliance programs.
You will also be responsible for effectively planning and delivering training to cross functional teams. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business who foster a culture of collaboration, passion and respect.Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver compliance training
Develop and implement SOPs
Support transparency reporting
Management of HCP Engagement ToolKey experience:
Demonstrable compliance experience within healthcare
Strong communication skills to ensure EMEA compliance voice is heard across the organization
Experienced in developing and delivering training to different departments
