- Oversee the workflow and performance of the billing team, including providing ongoing performance feedback and participating in the annual staff performance evaluation process
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration in order to unify the department
- Responsible for approving all assigned expense reports
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Client Accounting to establish and implement standard operating procedures and departmental policies
- Manage and assess process improvement plans and projects to ensure the completion of milestones
- Provide ongoing insight into monthly billing performance by measuring key performance indicators
- Create training platform for our billing specialists so they understand all duties for their role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least ten () years of related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis concepts, frameworks, and principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, talk and hear
