- Help build the team and culture
- Manage shift and days based engineers / technician
- Manage safety & quality systems, CMMS
- Able to manage a maintenance team of maintenance engineers / technicians
- Initially the role will be quite project based so the ability to be more hands on at times
- The role will then transition into more of a 'business as usual' position where continuous improvement and production efficiencies may be more of a focus, as will staff training, mentoring and development.
- The projects and expansion are likely to evolve and continue for a few years so ability to manage and prioritise different tasks are useful.
