Senior HR Advisor:

Salary up to £38,000 p.a. dependent on experience
Excellent benefits including a Final Salary Pension Scheme
Beautiful office centrally located by Aldgate station
Hybrid working, 23 days in the office per week

I am working with an esteemed engineering company that focuses on delivering excellent public services across London.

The organisation, recipient of prestigious industry and corporate awards over the last 5 years, is looking to add a Senior HR Advisor to their growing team.

The role would be suited to someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Someone who is confident working in tandem with various of levels of employees and managers, and can navigate multiple work-streams simultaneously across a variety of interesting projects
You will be well-suited for this role if you can:

Manage a high level of ER cases (incl. disciplinary/grievances) and overseeing employee performance management to ensure business risk is minimised
Have direct line management experience as an HR Advisor or equivalent desirable
Be confident in liaising with and ability to influence and persuade individuals in all levels of the business
Are keen to join a large and fastpaced organisation with the ability to work under tight deadlines
Be patient and wellorganised with high attention to detail to ensure close adherence to policies and laws

You will:

Have CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
Have experience working with trade unions (ideal but not essential)
Knowledge and experience working in the rail industry/publicly funded and unionrecognised organisations (desirable)
High level of communication skills both verbally and in writing
