We are working well-established business based in Preston who are looking for a Finance professional to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with excellent working culture and opportunities.
This role will report to the Managing Director, you will be responsible managing the purchase ledger and Sales Ledger function within the business and work hand in hand with the accounts team.
Your main roles and responsibilities:
Process financial documents such as invoices, bills, and receipts
Support in the creation of financial reports
Manage purchase ledger and sales ledger function
Support Finance Manager with the month end process
Respond to inbound enquiries for the accounts function
Provide ad-hoc support to the finance department
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous Finance/Accounts experience
Excellent customer service
Excellent teamwork
Persistence and determination
Thorough attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
