- Direct key client engagement
- Investment research for ideas internally sourced and provided by clients; spanning across asset classes, including public and private markets Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the investment and client teams to provide investment support to key client accounts that require a high level of bespoke investment input
- Independently and collaboratively deliver ad hoc projects and bespoke investment work for specific client projects. This work will extend across asset classes, in both public and private markets
- Provide oversight to, and management information on the monitoring of key client accounts
- Participate in investment decisions on investments covered
- Produce regular reviews of general performance and key drivers on accounts being supported.
- Produce presentational material and commentary to support client servicing
- Attend client meetings for acquisition and servicing, this may include some overseas travel
- Adhere to Compliance policies and procedures, undertaking appropriate regulatory training and deal with potential breaches of compliance policies without delay
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information and data to a spectrum of experience levels
- Ability to produce highly technical and detailed information
- Self-motivated, enjoy managing your own workload to meet changing demands while transitioning from task to task effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, good at building positive relationships
- Attention to detail and an awareness and appreciation of risk issues
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Research experience, identifying, selecting and managing allocation across asset classes and preferably across both public and private markets
- Experience engaging with clients directly regarding investment ideas
- Relevant FCA regulatory and RDR qualifications to carry out RDR activities
