    Description

Thisposition will be working at Corin medical inCirencester by providing high level of cleaning& technician services within a manufacturing environmentThe Ideal candidate should be able to work individually but mostimportantly as part of a team. Full training will beprovided

    Tasks

    Perform a widerange of operational support activities at the Corin MedicalFluidcare site which control the optimal condition of Metal Workinglubricants greases coolants cleaners and other Quaker Houghtonindustrial fluids used in the customers manufacturingprocess.

    • Analyze onsite equipment& products in order to decide the proper adjustments i.e.Servicing of coolant management as required. Communicate tocustomer the resulting information &recommendations.
    • Ensure all Quaker Houghtonowned and loaned equipment are kept in suitable condition for theenvironment.
    • Manage and maintain highcleanliness standards and condition monitoring across the customerfacility where our products operate.
    • Ensurethat machines are tested in line with EHS guidelines and are freefrom any contamination &debris.
    • Update machine charts for operatorvisibility and complete test datareports.
    • Ensure to comply with all applicableregulations and standards regarding quality safety environmental aswell as the Quaker Houghton Lifesaving Rules and occupationalhealth standards to minimize risks in these areas and to createopportunities and chances forimprovement.
    • Perform daily/weekly safety checksof equipment and hazard observations.
    • Work aspart of a team and to agreed workingschedules.

    Requirements

    FU LL TR AI NI NG WI LL BE PR OV ID ED.

    Valid drivinglicense is a must FTL is highlyvalued.

    • Good English skills.
    • Schedule: Monday Friday. Dayshift.
    • Location: A reasonablecommuting distance to Cirencester.
    • Soft skills: team player high safetyconsciousness proactive good communicator andinfluencer.
