- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Proficiency in English communication
- In-depth knowledge of UK legal and planning systems related to landscape architecture
- Experience in JCLI Landscape Works and Maintenance Works contracts
- Project management skills and budget management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with software like ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civils 3D, Revit, LSS, or ProjectWise
- Full UK driving license
- Conduct site survey work
- Handle Contract Administration and Landscape Clerk of Works responsibilities
- Produce technical documentation and reports using appropriate software
- Engage with clients and senior staff to meet project requirements
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary design team
- Adhere to AECOM procedures and project requirements
- Preferred: Landscape Institute accredited Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Master's degree

Job Description
We're in search of a Landscape Architect to join our team based in one of our northern/eastern offices (Leeds, Chesterfield, Cambridge). As a key member of our diverse landscape practice, you'll lead various projects spanning strategic planning, urban regeneration, environmental enhancement, and more. Collaborating with major clients, you'll play a crucial role in creating sustainable, innovative design solutions that align with our commitment to environmental stewardship.
If you have experience in landscape implementation and maintenance, particularly in managing JCLI Landscape Works and Maintenance Works contracts, we want to hear from you. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team with strong cross-disciplinary connections, where you can contribute to pioneering and cost-effective solutions in a collaborative and stimulating environment.
