- To process and reconcile portfolio of Pension services (end to end) in accordance with documented operating procedures based on a customers requirements
- Conduct quality checks on pension contributions and reports prior to submission to senior and customers.
- Take remedial action to rectify any errors liaising with Senior Pension Analyst at all times.
- Reconciling pension reports and authorising remittances.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting referring to all areas of software applications available to the department.
- Ensure all submissions are made in line with schedules and procedures.
- Ensure all issues are escalated as required.
- Respond to customer communications as required and in accordance with SLA's.
- Have an ability to communicate with customers.
