    We are searching for more outstanding professionals to join our renowned Interim Management team.


    What We Are Seeking

    We are interested in individuals with between 8 to 12 years of experience in sales and commercial roles within the recruitment industry, management consulting, or professional services. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with senior leaders.


    Apart from possessing expert knowledge in their respective fields, working at NSCG involves building trust, taking ownership, showing initiative, and pushing boundaries to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.

    The ideal candidate is results-oriented, a team player, dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients, interims, and colleagues.


    The Opportunity

    We are recognized as the top Interim Management Provider in the UK by the IIM, acclaimed for our unparalleled proficiency in various sectors including financial services, industrials, consumer, housing, professional services, and healthcare. As we continue our journey of growth and expansion following a successful 2022, we aim to onboard four new consultants at senior or principal levels.

    Successful consultants will play a key role in attracting and retaining high-level interims, acquiring and managing clients seeking top-tier interims, and ensuring successful matches between the two parties.


    What You Will Receive
