- Planning the project's technical road map
- Work with your team to plan, schedule and deliver team commitments
- Establishing good practice and participate in all phases of software development
- Lead and manage the day to day running of the Code team, providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Support your team in the implementation of reliable, maintainable and bug-free code
- Develop and implement technical design specifications for projects
- Worked on 2 or more shipped games from concept to launch in a Lead role
- Good knowledge of Unity 3D and C#
- Proven leadership experience with strong people management skills
- Confident in working with an existing codebase and getting up to speed
- Exposure to modern infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes
- Experience with modern software development tooling such as Perforce, Git, Gtlab, Jenkins
- Knowledgable of ECS DOTS
- Enthusiastic about the potential of generative AI in coding

Based on site, in a glorious waterside location on Hampshire's south coast, you'll be joining a true indie environment with a collaborative and supportive atmosphere and motivated by a commitment to continuous learning and development.
