    Description

    Our client based in Reading is looking to recruit a Surface Mount Operator to join their busy facility. Our client is a Contract Electronic Manufacturing & Test Services company, who put staff at the heart of what they achieve.

    Purpose and Key responsibilities:

    • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced modern clean environment.
    • The ability to manage a varied workload and operate with minimal supervision.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Resilience, with the ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
    • The ability to adhere to standards and procedures.
    Essential Skills:
    • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced modern clean environment.

    Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications:
    • Operating Surface Mount PCB assembly equipment preferably Samsung equipment but not essential
    • Previous experience of working in an Electronics Manufacturing environment
    • Previous experience of PCB and Electronic assembly
