Our Engineering Graduate scheme aims to introduce talented graduates to our operations, learn how we work, provide fresh insights and perspectives; to progress into management roles in the longer term and become the next generation of our future leaders. About the role
We are recruiting for an Engineering Graduate to join our Poultry site located at Sandycroft.
Engineering plays a huge part in 2 Sisters and this opportunity allows you to understand the scale and complexity of production. You will be based full-time onsite and you will be given real tasks and empowered to make real decisions. You will roll your sleeves up and get stuck into life at 2 Sisters. As an Engineer, you will be key to keeping our sites running and work with some of our hi-tech equipment. You will have exposure to people at all different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry.
We will support you right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan. You will also be partnered with a mentor who will be with you every step of the way.
What we will offer you
Additionally, you will be supported to complete our internal LEAD Management Development Programme, which will help you to further develop your management and leadership skills.
