- Preferably 2 years plus experience in Account Management or Client Services within a Professional Services/Consulting B2B environment
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and networking
- Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance issues impacting international businesses.
- Ideally, possess a degree-level qualification or equivalent
- Strong commercial acumen and sales aptitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Build strong client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and handle Subscription Renewals efficiently
- Manage commercial aspects by collaborating with Sales and Operations, develop account plans, and ensure high customer satisfaction
