    Doyou love inspiring great performance and creating great culturesOur Client are looking for a Store Manager who can embrace theirculture and keep it at the heart of everything they do. They canoffer great career progression and the opportunity to progress to aHUB Manager role (in charge of up to 5 to 6stores).

    What ToExpect:

    Managing one their storesyoull lead a team of store partners improving performance andensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and productquality. Youll be fully aware of the stores financial performanceidentifying store growth opportunities and implementing actionplans to achieve sales budgets and increaseprofitability.

    You will stay up to date withrelevant health and safety compliance audit and security policiesand adhere to subsequent health and safety and employmentlaws.

    What You willNeed:

    They need a Store Managerwho embraces diversity and inclusion and welcomes and learns frompeople with different backgrounds and perspectives. You willwillingly share your expertise and listen to others showing genuinecare and understanding.

    IdeallyYoull Have

    • Experienceof managing people and teams in a hospitality or retailenvironment
    • Effective problem solving/decisionmaking skills
    • Proven ability to develop andgrow both a team and business
    • Ability to bewell organised detail oriented with the ability tomultitask
    • Prioritisation and delegationskills
    • Ideally GCSE pass grade or above inEnglish and Maths must be numerate however relevant experienceoutweighs academic qualifications
    • Proficiencywith Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
    • Strongverbal and written English languageskills
