    We're looking for a high-performing candidate with experience building advertising/media sales teams, passion for solving ambiguous problems, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally and globally.

    Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to senior leadership as they relate to your team's client partnerships
    Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
    8+ years of experience in advertising sales or marketing/brand building or media with an established network
    ~ Strong knowledge of media and advertising KPIs and language
    ~ Strong people management skills
    ~ Demonstrated experience of commercial acumen & analytical mindset
    ~ resolves escalations and keeps people and projects moving forward. recognizes their role as a steward of business-driven changes and helps the team adapt, remain productive and move forward
    ~ Facilitates and enables a high performance team culture; Sets high standards for own and team performance and results; Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop winning strategies
