    Description

    As the Lead Cloud Security Product Manager, you'll helm the strategic development and governance of secure cloud-based services and products, crucial for the public sector's operational needs.

    Working in tandem with interdisciplinary teams spanning engineering, security, and compliance, you???ll ensure our cloud solutions not only adhere to the highest security standards but also resonate with our customer base.

    This role demands an adept hand at strategic oversight, product lifecycle management, market analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, driving products that are secure, innovative, and responsive to emerging threats.

    Craft and steer a comprehensive cloud security product strategy in sync with organizational objectives and client demands.??

    Lead collaboration efforts with engineering, security, and additional teams to weave security into the fabric of the product lifecycle.

    ??
    Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify evolving trends and opportunities in cloud security.??
    Partner with compliance to ensure our offerings comply with industry standards and regulatory mandates.??
    Monitor and manage KPIs for product security features, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.??
    Engage with customers and partners, integrating their feedback into product development to meet and exceed security expectations.??
    Orchestrate product feature prioritization, balancing user feedback, market insights, and security advancements.??
    Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across the product development journey, ensuring excellence from concept to launch.??
    Champion cloud security best practices internally and externally, positioning our products at the forefront of the industry.??
    Leverage emerging security technologies and insights to continuously refine our product suite.??

    Certification in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, underscored by a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, architecture, and security principles.

    Significant experience in product management, with a strong preference for expertise in cloud security or related fields.??
    Familiarity with cloud security standards and regulations (e.g., A robust command over cloud security principles, technologies, and practices.??
    Proficient in articulating complex security concepts into actionable product requirements.??
    Superior project management acumen, adept at overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.??
    Demonstrated passion for product innovation, backed by a track record in leveraging data for continuous product improvement.??
