TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Mechanical Services Supervisor to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company.
The role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with lots of overtime available.
Must work weekends on a shift rota (roughly 1 in 4 but will vary).Overtime after 40 hours is at time and a half)

We are looking for a Mechanical Services Supervisor to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:Responsible for carrying out or supervising installation of plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems by in house maintenance/mechanical teams throughout properties and checking work is completed to a satisfactory standard and within a timely manner.
Liaise with departments to arrange for maintenance/mechanical works to be carried out in various properties.Provide a point of contact service for day-to-day questions and problems regarding equipment, materials, methods, and procedures.
Seek approval and place orders for parts, equipment and contractor assigned work.
Maintain an adequate inventory of back up equipment and replacement parts.
To adhere to all the Company's policies and procedures.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
~ Company vehicle & Fuel card provided – not to be taken home.
~ Unlimited overtime
~ Private medical
Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance/mechanical installations including AHUs & FCUs.
City and Guilds Domestic Plumbing and Heating Level 1 and 2.
Advanced City and Guilds Domestic Plumbing and Heating Level 3
To hold or to have held commercial gas qualifications CoDNCO1, TPCP, ICPN1, CDGA1.
Knowledge of commercial catering gas safety CCCN1.
Water regulations ticket.
Knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations.
Ability to produce written reports, plans, and operational procedures in clear concise language.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proven supervisor & mechanical experience.
Full clean UK driving licence.
Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills.
Highly professional, flexible, and adaptable – ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and be on call.
