    Job title:
    Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

    Location:
    Static High-End Commercial Site in Bond Street

    Terms:
    Permanent Contract - Early/Late shift 7-4/10-7
    Call out 1 in 3

    Salary/rate:
    Salary is paying £46,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

    Requirements:
    Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering

    • Mechanical AP - Desired
    • Legionella Awareness - Desired

    About the role:

    We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a High-End Commercial Environment in Bond Street, they are looking for a reliable Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the team and company, reporting to the Site supervisors of the site.


    Responsibilities:

    • Mechanical building services
    • Commercial Plumbing
    • Mechanical plant room checks
    • Pumps
    • PPM schedules
    • AHU's
    • Boilers
    • Pipe Fitting

    Candidate requirements:

    • The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
    • The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as an Mechanical maintenance engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.
    • Strong building services background.
    • At least three years' experience in an Mechanical/plumbing Maintenance engineering position
