    Building Services Engineer (Electrical bias)
    Based in Marylebone
    Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
    £44,000 basic salary
    25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
    Call out 1 in 5 weeks - £100 standby

    Are you an experienced Building Services Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in Heathrow? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Building Services Engineer. This role offers a competitive salary, generous and excellent benefits package.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mostly electrical systems, with additional support to mechanical systems within a large commercial environment.
    • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of building services.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within commercial environments.
    • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Relevant qualifications in a mechanical or electrical related trade.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
    • Flexible approach to work
