    Health and Social Care Lecturer
    • Location: East London
    • Contract Type: Full time
    • Salary: £34,000-£44,000 depending on experience

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our educational team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching and shaping the next generation of health and social care professionals. As a lecturer, you will deliver high-quality education and play a crucial role in supporting student success in a vibrant learning environment.

    Day-to-day of the role:
    • Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in health and social care.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our health and social care curriculum.
    • Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and support student progress towards their educational goals.
    • Foster a positive learning environment, encourage student participation, and address individual learning needs.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, research, and best practices in health and social care to ensure the relevance and quality of course content.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • A relevant degree (e.g., Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work) or equivalent professional qualifications.
    • A Relevant UK teaching qualification
    • Demonstrable experience in teaching, preferably within further education or vocational settings.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of health and social care practices, policies, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
    • Flexibility and willingness to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse student needs.
