    Solution Architect - inside IR35

    Are you ready to revolutionise the industry and work alongside the world's largest brands? We are seeking a dynamic Solution Architect who thrives on innovation and has a passion for creating highly performant and secure cloud-based systems and services.


    Key Qualifications:
    Strong desire to challenge the status quo and collaborate with brands.
    Proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based systems, preferably with experience in TypeScript.
    Mastery of SQL and relational databases, including schema design.
    Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, coupled with excellent academic credentials.
    Expertise in software design and development, with a focus on test-driven development (TDD).

    Ability to select appropriate architecture and design systems with a keen eye on operational concerns, maintainability, scalability, and availability.

    Proven track record of leading technical engagements, effectively communicating problems and solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    Experience leading technical projects within a fast-paced environment, providing clear direction and support to engineers and product owners.

    Specific Skills and Experience:
    Proficiency in ECS and Lambda for compute.
    Extensive knowledge of AWS-managed storage, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
    Experience with AWS CDK or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
    Hands-on experience with CI/CD for continuous development and deployment of high-availability systems.
    Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

    Additional Skills (Advantageous):

    Experience with AI services.
    Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and command-line Unix.
    Familiarity with big data technologies, including Spark.
